⛲ Steppin’ at the Fountain | A Revitalized Landmark, A New Community Tradition

Mayor Jason House, the Board of Trustees, and the Office of the Village Clerk are excited to invite residents to Steppin’ at the Fountain — a special new community event made even more meaningful by the fact that the Dolton Fountain has now been repaired and revitalized after years of disrepair and lying dormant.
This is a big deal for the Village of Dolton.
What was once inactive is now being brought back to life as a beautiful gathering place for the community. And now, that renewed space will be filled with music, movement, fellowship, and good energy as residents come together to enjoy an evening of stepping, dancing, and positive vibes.

🎉 Triangle Park Fitness Course Recap | Community, Art, and Wellness in Dolton

Mayor Jason House, the Board of Trustees, and the Office of the Village Clerk are proud to share this recap video featuring Marcus Covington and Nakai from the recent Triangle Park Fitness Course ribbon cutting in the Village of Dolton. This exciting new addition at 154th and Greenwood brings a new outdoor wellness space to the community and reflects continued investment in health, recreation, and community pride.

Mayor Jason House, the Board of Trustees, and the Office of the Village Clerk want residents to know that, due to today’s extreme heat, the Dolton Public Library and Abundant Living Christian Center are serving as cooling centers today.

🌤️ Day After the Storm | Public Works Continues Cleanup Across Dolton

Mayor Jason House, the Board of Trustees, and the Office of the Village Clerk are sharing this day after the storm update as Public Works crews continue moving across the Village of Dolton responding to the impact of yesterday’s severe weather.

Key highlights from this update include:

🌳 Public Works crews are continuing to clear debris across the Village
🚧 Storm damage is being removed from streets and neighborhoods
🏘️ Crews are helping make roadways and residential areas safer
⚡ Some areas are still without power as restoration efforts continue
🤝 Cleanup work remains underway as the Village responds to storm conditions

Even while some residents are still waiting for electricity to be restored, Public Works crews have remained on the job helping clean up the community and improve safety throughout affected areas.
