Open Gate Ministries (Dinuba CA) Open Gate Ministries is a Christian 501(c)3, serving unhoused and food-insecure families since 1974.

Our shelter, located in the city of Dinuba, CA in Tulare County, provides services to homeless families, women and children. Income from our Thrift Store & Boutique provides direct support for our shelter and food distribution. Our community of financial supporters, fundraisers and grants provide additional streams of income for Open Gate Ministries.
