Thank you to Rich from Swatara Township karate for coming in and teaching our seniors about self-defense. It was very informative and we enjoyed getting up and trying a few things out!

Earlier in May, we spent time painting flower pots and planting flowers in them. It was wonderful to see everyone’s creativity and unique designs shine through! Each pot turned out beautifully, and the finished projects brightened our day just as much as the flowers themselves 🌸

Earlier this week members went on a guided wild flower walk at Pinchot Park led by a volunteer of the park. We learned about the wildflowers and many other things around the park followed by a lunch by the lake.

🐰Our sock bunny craft was yesterday and members enjoyed customizing their own bunnies to take home - they all are so adorable!

Tomorrow, Thursday March 19th, is our Eat in Fundraiser at Hoss’s in Mechanicsburg!

Eat at Hoss’s anytime 11:00am-8:30pm, and A percentage of sales will come back to the Dillsburg Senior Activity Center, all you have to do is turn in your fundraiser card when paying. (One card per bill/receipt)
Cards can be picked up here at the Center if you didn’t get yours yet!

A great day of laughs at the Dillsburg Senior Center today during our St Patrick’s Day celebration. We enjoyed laughter, games and each other’s company.

Some of our seniors took a little trip to Royal Chocolate in Mechanicsburg yesterday for some delicious treats! Looks yummy!
