When packing snacks or planning school year breakfasts, pair a carbohydrate with a protein or healthy fat (like apples and sunflower seed butter or berries and Greek yogurt). This combo prevents the dreaded mid-morning energy crash and keeps their focus sharp for playtime and socialization!

Building these tiny self help habits now gives them a massive confidence boost when they walk through those doors this fall!
