Throughout the years, the library has received many memorial gifts honoring citizens who have passed away. Merlyn and Catherine Petersen have been faithful supporters during these times, and with Catherine’s recent passing, we were deeply touched to be remembered once again. The family directed memorials to both the library and the Fire Department, and the library received an incredible outpouring of generous donations in Catherine’s memory.
We are truly grateful for this selfless gesture of support. It was heartwarming to see such an outpouring of generosity from our community for these important local services.
Thank you, Merlyn and Catherine, for your many years of financial support and for setting such a wonderful example of generosity and commitment to our community. This legacy of giving will continue to make a difference for years to come.
