It has been brought to our attention that several customers have made payments through DOXO thinking it is our website! This however is NOT THE CASE!! DOXO is a 3rd party site that charges you a fee & then sends a paper check to cwm! They do not notify us immediately of payments being made so This delays your payment being posted until we actually receive the check!! This can mean disconnects and/or late fees due to the process of mailing a check! TO ENSURE IMMEDIATE POSTING OF YOUR PAYMENT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE USE THE LINK BELOW!!! ONLY PAYMENTS MADE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE ARE POSTED IMMEDIATELY!!!

Water in the Packers Bend area will be turned off around 2:00 to repair a leak. We are not sure how long the outage will last but we are working diligently to restore service as soon as possible.
