Friends of Oxbow National Wildlife Refuge

The Friends group was formed in 1998 to support the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and its efforts to conserve and maintain this unique wildlife habitat located in central Massachusetts by encouraging individuals to actively participate in helping protect refuge resources. The Friends have been active in funding and supporting the Urban Education Program, assessing the biodiversity of refuge resources, conducting cleanups of the Nashua River and many other educational programs.
