Every election brings new voters, new questions, and new reasons to make sure our communities are prepared. 🗳️

For some people, November 3 will be their very first time casting a ballot. For others, election rules, polling locations, or voting options may have changed since the last time they voted.

That’s why MOSES is continuing to push Election Protection long before Election Day arrives.

If the way people get information is changing, the way we educate voters has to evolve too. 👀🤖🗳️

MOSES recently participated in an AI and social media workshop to learn new tools, exchange ideas with other organizations, and strengthen the way we communicate with our community.

For voter engagement, that can mean using technology to make important information easier to understand and easier to find, from registration reminders and election deadlines to ballot education, voting rights, and Election Protection resources. 📲

As AI becomes more common online, knowing how to recognize reliable information, verify what we share, and communicate clearly matters more than ever.

We’re continuing to learn so we can meet voters where they are and keep our community informed with accurate, useful information.

Michigan has laws in place around official ballot drop boxes to help protect both voters and the election process. Knowing where, when, and how you can return your ballot is part of being prepared before Election Day.

📍 Use an official drop box designated by your local clerk
🗳️ Make sure your ballot is properly completed and returned by the required deadline
🔎 Double-check your local voting information before heading out
