To: Kataeb members and friends in the United States of America
Dear Kataeb members and friends,
On Monday, September 7, 2026, we mark Labor Day in the United States of America—a day dedicated to honoring the efforts of workers and hardworking individuals who build the progress of nations and contribute to the prosperity of their communities.
On this occasion, we address all of you—members of the Lebanese Kataeb Party and its friends across the United States—to reaffirm the fundamental importance of work and human dignity, values that have long stood as a cornerstone of the Kataeb Party’s vision. Founded on the principles of patriotism and social justice, the Party regards the worker as an essential partner in building the nation and holds that protecting and supporting workers’ rights is both a national and moral duty, inseparable from the broader project of a strong and just state.
The connection between Labor Day here in the United States and the principles of the Lebanese Kataeb Party is profound: both celebrate honest labor, advocate for social justice, and call for a society that upholds human dignity while providing opportunities for advancement. As Kataeb members in the diaspora, we carry these values with us wherever we are, and we strive to strengthen them within the Lebanese community and in our relationship with our homeland.
On this day, we salute every worker from the Lebanese community in the United States and express our deep appreciation for their contributions to building this host country and supporting Lebanon. We also renew our commitment to working together for a stronger and more just Lebanon—a Lebanon that protects the rights of its workers and ensures them a life of dignity.
Wishing you all a happy Labor Day,
and continued progress and prosperity.
With our warmest Kataeb regards,
Lebanese Kataeb Diaspora
