🔔 Water Payment Service Interruptions 🔔

‼️Please note that beginning Friday, April 10, 2026, water bill payments cannot be applied to accounts as we upgrade to a new provider.

During this transition, we will not have access to payment processing. We ask that you wait to make payments on your water bill until the new system is fully operational.

During this time, staff will be training and assisting with the transfer of account information to the new software.

No late payment penalties will be applied during the month of April, and water shut-offs will be suspended.

The new system is expected to be fully operational by April 27, 2026. After this date, you may create an online account to pay your bill, call to make a payment, or visit City Hall in person.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our services for our community.

04/03/2026

We would like to inform all residents that our water utility system will be transitioning to a new billing system beginning April 13 through April 24. During this period, the system will be temporarily unavailable as upgrades are completed.

Staff will also be undergoing training throughout this time to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. We kindly ask that you limit calls to emergency situations only during this period so staff can focus on system implementation and training.

Please note the following important details:

• Payments will not be accepted between April 13 and April 24.
• No late penalties will be assessed for the April billing period.
• No service shut-offs will occur due to non-payment during this period.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our system and better serve the community. If you experience a water-related emergency, please contact our office as usual.

The new utility payment portal should be available to customers by May 1, 2026. We will share the link to the website once it is live.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Message from Waste Connections…

With the timing of the end of snow accumulation, and in the spirit of safety and caution: We have decided to postpone all of our Monday routes.
Our plan(as of right now) is to run all routes one day behind the normal service schedule. We did not come to this decision lightly, but feel it is in the best interest of everyone involved. Waiting an extra day will give road crews plenty of time and space to get roads clear, and will mitigate our need to skip roads/areas due to icy conditions. We will communicate and further changes if they become necessary. Thank you all for your patience and understanding- be safe out there.
