Smart Start (Children & Senior Exercise and Nutrition Initiatives)- Operation Advantage works to ensure low income areas are supplied with nutritious food and that their most valued residents (children and seniors) learn the importance of healthy eating, and exercise habits throughout the year. OAi Ole’ (Children’s Language Education Program)- Operation Advanta
ge will further it’s community initiatives, by teaching foreign language to area children, including those of low to moderate income. We believe that foreign language education and mentoring are the keys to helping low income children be better prepared to contribute and compete in the global economy. OAi After School Program– Operation Advantage programs for children and youth in At-Risk areas in the subjects of math, reading, sciences and state required standardized testing. OAi Food Pantry- Operation Advantage partners with local organizations and selected multi-family properties to establish food pantries within their communities to give greater access to their residents to the basic necessities shelf stable foods. Advantage U- Employment Advancement Training- Operation Advantage implements job readiness training and education for those seeking higher wages and better employment opportunities.
