🇺🇸 This Memorial Day Weekend, we honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

As you celebrate with family and friends, please do so responsibly. Plan ahead, designate a sober driver, call a rideshare, or stay the night. One bad decision can change lives forever.

Our officers will be out working hard to keep our community safe throughout the holiday weekend. Help us make sure everyone gets home safely.

Today, the Desert Hot Springs Police Department joins communities across the nation in honoring the courageous law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

On National Peace Officers Memorial Day, we pause to remember the heroes who gave their lives protecting others and serving with honor, courage, and selflessness. Their dedication and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to the families, friends, and fellow officers who continue to carry their memory forward each day.

Please join us in taking a moment to reflect, remember, and honor the fallen.
