It's official - we've moved! In addition to Nick and Bre with your Small Business Support Center, the majority of staff from Development Services, Neighborhood Services, and Information Technology have officially made the move, with teams from the City Clerk’s office, Community Impact and Relations, Legal, the City Manager’s office, Housing, Human Resources, Finance, and Engineering joining soon. The full transition will wrap up by mid-February, and we’re especially excited about the new Customer Service Hub opening next week. This Hub will serve as a central, in-person point of contact for City services, with daily staff from the City Clerk’s office, the Permit and Development Center, Housing Services, and Neighborhood Services ready to help answer questions and connect residents to the right resources. City Council and Boards and Commissions will also begin meeting here in early February.
We’re loving the new space and can’t wait to welcome you. Located at 1200 Locust Street, the building is easy to reach whether you’re driving, taking transit, biking, or walking. Public entrances are available from the street level and the skywalk system, and the building is designed to be more accessible, more collaborative, and more connected than ever before.
