Emancipation is unfinished. The 13th Amendment to the US Constitution explicitly allows slavery to continue as punishment for crime. 5,407,300 souls are under the supervision of the prison system in the so-called United States. This is 1,500,000more people than were enslaved at the beginning of the Civil War. Nobody is free until we are all free. FREE THEM ALL!
