A huge thank you to Ekin Nutrition for partnering with Saydel Athletics and providing protein for ALL of our Saydel student-athletes throughout the summer! Their support is helping our athletes recover, refuel, and maximize the work they are putting in during summer strength and conditioning sessions. We are incredibly grateful for their investment in the success, health, and development of our Eagle athletes. 🦅💚💛
We’re also excited to share the Saydel Summer Nutrition Plans, available to all of our athletes:

• Everything included in Tier 1
• 20% off supplements at Ekin Nutrition

• Everything included in Tier 2
• Customized meal plan
• 1-on-1 consultation with Ekin Nutrition staff
(Tier 2 and Tier 3 participation is completely optional and is available for athletes who want additional nutrition support and performance resources. Athletes interested in enrolling in the Tier 3 Elite Plan should contact their coach for more information and assistance with getting started.)
