There is a Board of Aldermen special meeting tonight at 5:30 to update the job description for the Chief of Staff position and also the Chief Administrative Officer. We currently do not have a CAO and never have so it looks like we’re adding another $80,000 plus benefits and pension job to the books. Where’s the transparency? Why do this in the dark at a special meeting at 5:30pm on a Monday? Posted below is the agenda and packet for the meeting. Oh….. by the way zoom only. Meeting will not be more than 10 minutes most likely. This is what happens when you have one party rule and no checks and balances.
