"I was blown away when I saw it and decided to ask around town to get more information. It turns out the memorial has the longest free standing, laser engraved, black granite wall ever constructed. It is etched with portraits of family heroes surrounded by iconic military and war pictures.

The detail in these black granite etchings is amazing. I was able to get the contact information for the company (PG Memorials) and presented the idea to the Coalition Team that we should look into them for our project.

J. Bob Brueske contacted them and after talking to Jennifer, we became convinced that this was the way to go. From there, we started developing the content and decided on depictions and narratives for WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War, and GWOT."

As we approach the 25th anniversary of the day that changed the world-we are honored to have been a part of the commemoration of "The Strongest" from the New York City Department of Sanitation, in their new memorial.

Located on the face of the DSNY building in New York-it is going to be a beautiful and lasting tribute to their department.

We choose who Canada honours. 🇨🇦

For generations, paramedics, emergency medical dispatchers and medical first responders have answered the call in communities across this country.

In cities and towns. On highways and farms. In the North and along our coasts. In homes, workplaces and places where there sometimes isn't even a road.

We don't usually ask for help.

We're the people who show up when help is needed. We improvise. We adapt. We find a way. We get the job done.

Today, we're asking.

The Canadian Paramedic Memorial Foundation is working to build a National Paramedic Monument in Ottawa — a permanent place to honour the people who have delivered emergency medical services to Canadians, including those who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to their communities.

Building it will take Canadians deciding that this matters.

We believe it does.

This is our country. These are our communities. These are our stories. And we choose who Canada honours.
