Proudly serving Colorado for many more years to come!
20 years ago today, Colorado legislators passed a statute creating the Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority. SIPA was charged to create an efficient, effective, and user friendly statewide internet portal to serve as a place where citizens can electronically access state government information, products, and services, as well as provide e-Government services to state and local governments.

Since then, we've grown from 1 employee to 13 and now serve over 900 Colorado government entities, from special districts and educational institutions, towns, cities, counties, and state agencies. We've provided over $4 million in grants and are growing that number every year with new programs.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey, from our customers and supplier partners to our Board members and employees. We couldn't have gotten to where we are today without your time, energy, and support. We're proud to serve our fellow Colorado governments and look forward to many more years ahead!

Colorado state residents can easily make payments online via the PayPort Online system.
