The FHF program provides over 65 meals each year to youth participants—two to three groups per week, with dinner included every session. These meals are more than just food; they’re a vital part of teaching life skills, fostering community, and ensuring our youth stay nourished and ready to learn.

Your generosity makes this possible! For just $80, you can provide a meal for one of these groups (roughly 15 people). $240 covers a full week of meals, $2,640 funds a semester, and $5,280 makes you a true Mile High Sponsor—covering meals for the entire program year!

💟Meet Katie, Fostering Healthy Futures Intern Supervisor. She is an essential part of the Adoption Options team!

Katie shares, "The most rewarding part of working in the FHF program is building positive relationships with youth and teaching them skills to overcome future challenges. I began as a middle school counselor to support youth with mental health and developmental issues. My passion for prevention grew, but it was hard to implement in schools, which led me to Adoption Options and the Fostering Healthy Futures program. The program not only helps youth but also trains future social workers and mental health professionals, with 57 interns trained so far."
