This program is specially designed for foster and adoptive families navigating the unique, beautiful, and sometimes rocky journey of adoption and foster care. We recognize that the need for specialized support never stops, and we are here to provide ongoing assistance, connect families with vital resources, and foster a community of strength and resilience. Together, through the S.A.G.E. Initiative, we will continue to stand with families every step of the way.

Expecting & birth parents in crisis have rights, a voice and most importantly, a choice. As a pro-choice organization, our goal is to help expecting & birth parents consider all available options with dignity. Regardless of whether a parent chooses to make an adoption plan, we provide resources, support, and guidance with every step.

Meet India, Flexible Families & Impacting Lives Caseworker. She is an incredible and essential part of the Adoption Options team!

India shares, "The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that no matter what outcome a case may have, I was able to support someone during a time of need, regardless of societal pressures. I decided to enter this field because I have always wanted to help and support other women, but I wasn’t quite sure in what capacity. I also love working with children, and in supporting birth parents, you truly get the best of both worlds- helping both the birth parent and the baby as they move toward their future."
