Friday morning we heard from our own Bettina Basanow and her daughter Nora Nye about their efforts to recover works of Bettina’s uncle’s stunning art collection, which included several works by Edvard Munch. During N**i occupied Germany, Bettina’s uncle who was Jewish was forced to sell his collection under duress.

It was a program about Art, history, politics, but most of all it was about justice.

Thanks to all the people who joined us this morning to listen and ask questions of the first Democratic candidate for Colorado governor we hope to host, former Senator Mike Johnston. Thank you Mike. The conversation was informative and offered a great opportunity to learn more about Mike's positions. The Forum hopes to host more candidates in the future. We would encourage everyone to stay engaged and learn all they can about this very exciting race.
