This Labor Day, we pause to celebrate the hard work of everyday Coloradans and the dignity that comes from reliable, affordable energy at home.

In observance of the holiday, EOC will be closed Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7. We will resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 8.

This summer, we asked for your help. You answered in a way that will change lives across Colorado.

Thanks to a $50,000 match from a Colorado oil company and the Andy & Suzanne Peterson Family Fund, we raised over $100,000 to help families keep their power on, their food fresh, and their medical equipment running.

We love seeing more pathways to energy efficiency in Colorado! This program is a great fit for homeowners who don't qualify for income-based assistance but want an easier way to finance upgrades like heat pumps or smart thermostats 🌡️

Big News! We’re thrilled to introduce the ClearPath On-Bill Program, available to eligible residential Xcel Energy customers powered by CCEF! Homeowners can install various home upgrades from smart thermostats to heat pumps with no credit check required. 🏠⚡

How does it work? Work with a CCEF-authorized contractor to install an eligible energy upgrade and simply repay the cost over time through an additional line item on your monthly utility bill. Because eligibility is based on your utility payment history rather than a traditional credit score, more homeowners can access these home improvements. We're proud to see Chatfield Farms Solar Garden featured by Denver7! EOC manages this innovative solar garden, helping connect income-qualified Coloradans with solar credits while supporting local food production. It's a powerful example of how clean energy and community impact can grow together 🌱

This month, we're proud to spotlight EOC board member Jennifer Webster, Founder and Principal at Catalyst Public Affairs.
