Family Investment Specialist I (State Contractual)
•$22.04 per hour
•Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
•Eligible for State of Maryland subsidized health benefits

What you’ll do: Help determine eligibility for vital government programs and benefits while working directly with the public.

Minimum Requirements:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Six months of experience in public contact, customer service, or general office/retail/food service (including data entry, communication, and computer use)

Customer Care Representative
•$17.15 per hour
•Eligible for health and paid leave benefits

What you’ll do: Provide high-level customer service and clerical support including answering calls, processing mail, scanning, filing, and supporting daily operations.

Preferred Qualifications
•High School Diploma or GED Required
•Customer service experience
•Microsoft Office proficiency
•Experience working with community partners or government agencies
