From Beef to Veterinary Science, Public Speaking to Photography, our members showcased a year of learning, leadership, service, and project excellence through the 4-H Record Book Contest. We are incredibly proud of the hard work and dedication represented in each of these record books.

The 2026 National 4-H Congress event is set for November 27-December 1, 2026, in Atlanta, GA! That means it is time to have all youth who are interested in attending to apply to serve as a 2026 Texas 4-H Delegate at National 4-H Congress.

Denton County 4-H members β€” it’s time to apply for our annual member recognition awards! These awards recognize 4-H members for their hard work, leadership, community service, project involvement, and dedication throughout the year.

If you are new to 4-H, these awards recognize members for everything they have done in the program. Awards are available for different age groups, including:
⭐ Bronze Star (Junior members)
⭐ Silver Star (Intermediate members)
⭐ Gold Star (Senior members – the highest award in 4-H!)
⭐ Danforth β€œI Dare You” Award
⭐ Farm Bureau Citizenship Award
⭐ Al Petty Scholarship

β€’ July 1, 2026 – Award applications due to the Extension Office by 4:30 PM

This year’s theme, β€œLegacy of the Brand,” will challenge senior 4-H members to explore leadership, teamwork, character, and the impact they want to leave on their clubs, communities, and future. πŸ‚β­

πŸ“ Camp Akiva – Point, Texas

πŸ’² $175 (includes lodging, meals, snacks, and camp t-shirt)
