Transportation Manager, Jona Coronado and Customer Service Rep, Gloria Tokmo, awarded Charles “Butch” Hopkins with a Certificate of Excellence and an Above and Beyond pin. Mr. Hopkins started driving with Span in November 2021. “He has been a great addition to our driver team and has the patience of a saint. Recently, Mr. Hopkins was commended for handling a difficult situation with professionalism and patience. A rider also called our dispatch department, stating that his was very professional, and made him and his Mom feel safe. I am very proud that he has really taken Span’s mission to heart”.

Transportation Manager, Jona Coronado and Customer Service Representative, Gloria Tokmo, presented Span driver, Rolph Holt with a Certificate of Excellence and an "Above and Beyond" pin. Mr. Holt received a compliment after transporting one of our wonderful veterans to the Dallas VA. Our rider stated that Mr. Holt was kind and professional. We are proud of the service we provide for Military Veterans and our drivers are honored to transport them to their appointments. If you see Mr. Holt out in the community, thank him for providing safe transport of our passengers. We are happy to recognize Mr. Holt for representing our agency in such a positive way!

Mr. Cross got a compliment from a passenger stating that he gave him 5-star service, and made him and his companion feel safe and secure. We would like to recognize Mr. Cross for a job well done and if you see him out in the community, thank him for providing safe transport of our passengers!
