We see this happen every single day at Denton Classical Academy. Our students practice deep, intentional reading every day. This kind of focus is the heartbeat of a classical education.

Here is what happens when we make time to dive into great books:

Brain Workout: Reading strengthens brain connectivity, improves focus, and trains the mind to handle complex, big ideas.

The Ultimate Empathy Machine: Books let us step into someone else’s shoes, whether it's a historical figure or a literary hero, teaching us to see the world from a deeper perspective.

This year, our amazing students worked hard to earn Golden Sneaker Awards for their incredible effort and attitude. To celebrate their dedication, we put all the award recipients' names into a grade-level drawing for a gift card! 🎫✨
