We may be finishing up summer camp but we are always thinking ahead! While we are working to finalize our staffing for our Afterschool programs with our returning staff, we wanted to put it out there that we may be looking for additional program leaders for the 2026-2027 school year.
Junior staff are 15 and in 10th grade up through 17 year olds
Senior staff are 18 and older

Two Parents, one dream: supporting children.
That's our description for our Parents as Partners Program which is a unique Noncustodial Party Employment Program (NPEP) for Caroline County! We continue Child Support Appreciation Month by highlighting this amazing program along with Marian Wales who makes this program successful! Marian is our Parents as Partners and NPEP Case Manager, and she has been in this role for the last 2 1/2 years!

We asked Marian what motivates her to do this work each day, she responded with the following:
Every day, I get to help families in Caroline County move from crisis towards stability. I believe that when we listen and connect parents with resources, we help them overcome barriers and create brighter futures for their children. I am proud to be a part of that.

We thank Marian for supporting this program and supporting the parents in our community by connecting them with the resources they need to be successful!
