Business Property Enhancement & Façade Grants Available in Volusia County

Each year, several cities in Volusia County allocate matching grant funds to encourage private investment and foster community beautification. Business property owners are encouraged to apply for these funds to improve the general appearance, curb appeal, and functionality of existing properties.

Grant amounts, eligibility and application process will vary by community. In some cases, availability may require inclusion within a defined Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) area.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is hosting a nationwide $1 million prize pool pitch competition to celebrate the innovation and ambition on Main Street that has fueled American ingenuity for 250 years.

The competition is open to small businesses from all sectors that have utilized certain SBA capital products, and who are shaping the future of their industry with innovation and sound business practices & fundamentals.

✨ Submissions will be evaluated by four stages of judging panels looking at how each business performs in the following categories:
