(2) The household must meet the programs current income limits and at least 65% of the households total income must be earned from farm labor. (3) All household members must have a documented social security number and must meet Alta Vista de la Montaña Agricultural Apartment’s Tenant Selection Criteria, refer to the "Tenant Selection Criteria" folder under "Pictures". Rent is determined on the basis of the houshold’s total qualifying adjusted annual income, and will not exceed 30% of the annual income.
