A QUICK NOTE ABOUT GENTLY-USED DONATIONS 💚

Recently, Habitat for Humanity of Fulton County, Ohio has received an increase in generous offers from community members wishing to donate used paint, household items and other gently used materials.

First and foremost—thank you for thinking of Habitat! We truly appreciate your desire to give items a second life while supporting our mission.

We aren’t always able to respond to each offer individually, so we wanted to share a quick reminder. As noted in our office voicemail, our local Habitat affiliate is unable to accept gently used item donations. We do not operate a Habitat ReStore or have another avenue to resell donated used goods.

While we’re unable to accept these items, please know that your generosity and your thoughtfulness are sincerely appreciated.

Something new is coming to Habitat for Humanity of Fulton County, Ohio—and we're introducing it at the Fulton County Fair!

🎃🏠 **THE PLAYHOUSE PROJECT IS TAKING A FALL DETOUR!** 🍂👻

Habitat for Humanity of Fulton County’s **Playhouse Project at the Fair** is going to look a little different this year!

Instead of building playhouses during Fair week while enjoying Fair food and rides, we’re trading summer fun for **pumpkins, costumes and some Spooktacular magic!**

On **Saturday, October 17**, Habitat is joining the **Fulton County Fair Auxiliary** for its infamous **SPOOKTACULAR** at the Fulton County Fairgrounds!

🎃 Trick-or-treating
🎬 Kids’ movies
🖌️ Pumpkin painting
🍂 Fall family fun
🔨 AND Habitat Playhouse Project builds!

While families enjoy the Spooktacular festivities, Habitat sponsors will be busy inside **Merchant Building #1**, building one-of-a-kind playhouses for local children.

👀 Stop in throughout the day to **watch the playhouses take shape**—and see what fall-fun surprises Habitat might have waiting for spectators!

We may be taking a detour from our traditional Fair week builds, but the **Playhouse Project is still headed to the Fairgrounds—this time with a Spooktacular twist!** 🎃🏠
