How this page started. This woman went the wrong way on a one way street. Then parked her car to "just run in and get a mochachino " at Starbucks in Delray. She was very unhappy to get her photo taken. Then days later a guy in a Bentley parked in the crosswalk in the south bound lane of Federal Highway to get a cheesesteak. As I took a photo he asked if I wanted him to stand next to the car. I explained it was for the Entitlement Parking page. He was equally upset.
