Transforming America through food, soil, and health šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

Our Founder and CEO, Maura Plante, had the opportunity to recently attend the American Regeneration Conference at Sovereignty Ranch in Bandera, Texas one week ago. This inspiring gathering focused on rebuilding soil, restoring health, and shaping the future of American agriculture, with notable speakers and attendees including Robert F. Kennedy Jr. contributing to the national conversation around food, health, and environmental sustainability.

We were also excited to connect with Erin Martin from FreshRX Oklahoma, whose bipartisan ā€œAccountable Food is Medicine Billā€ is currently in the U.S. House. This highlights the growing national momentum behind Food is Medicine initiatives!

We’re excited to continue this conversation at our Fourth Annual Florida Food is Medicine Symposium this October during our Soil to Health Table discussion! Register with the link below:

Right now, 3,586 students in Palm Beach County Schools are experiencing homelessness. Many are missing school, struggling emotionally, and facing challenges most of us never had to think about.
Imagine being in middle school, sleeping in your car, getting ready in a public restroom, and walking into class hoping no one notices you’re wearing the same clothes again.

On February 24th, 2026, the staff at the Anne Gannon Tax Collector’s Office showed what community really looks like. Through a $16,044 donation, they helped provide hygiene kits filled with brands kids recognize, new socks and underwear, and book-club kits, all small things that make a big difference.

These aren’t just supplies. They help reduce embarrassment, prevent bullying, and give students the confidence to show up, stay in school, and keep going.
For 7 years, this team has continued to show up with compassion for local students facing homelessness, and this impact is real.

Thank you to every member of the Anne Gannon Tax Collector’s Office for reminding these students they are not alone. Your support helps open doors to brighter futures.

Historic moment witnessed first hand in Florida, as Secretary Kennedy and Dr. Oz forever changed hospital food. "Eat Real Food" grown locally is now the rule (*regulation) inside hospitals and out, for our best health.
