Upstate New York makes the best milk and yogurt in the world. It’s breakfast for me and the kids almost every morning – and every kid deserves that same healthy start. My bipartisan amendment to the Farm Bill helps put healthy, local dairy on the tables across the country. It’s good for kids and good for Upstate farmers.
