Last week, our agency director Bob Anderson attended the annual Ohio Job and Family Services Directors Association Training Conference in Columbus. Bob was part of the volunteer committee that planned and executed the two-day event which is designed to support statewide human services professionals. The additional photo shows Bob with keynote speaker Drew Dudley (middle) and Becca Krelko, OJFSDA Operations & Development Director. Yesterday, our agency had four staff members graduate from the Leadership Delaware County program, sponsored by the Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce. Pictured here are Sherry Melvin (Income Maintenance Supervisor), Megan Teague (FCFC Team Lead), and Kelli McClelland (Protective Services Supervisor). Katheryn Adams (Income Maintenance Supervisor) was unable to attend the ceremony but also completed the series.

The program is designed to nurture and promote future leaders in Delaware County and has graduated over 1000 individuals since it began in 1992! We celebrate all the graduates and add special congratulations to our colleagues! 👏🎉⭐️
