May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Older Americans Month! Intentional self-care is vital to mental wellness and includes taking care of ourselves mentally, physically, and emotionally. Last week, we asked many of the 55 and better attendees at the SourcePoint: Thrive after 55 Health and Wellness Fair to share their "Next Healthy Step" and we were excited to get almost 100 participants!
