Volunteers can spend the day at Zoombezi Bay and the Columbus Zoo for free once our event has ended.

Thank you Oakhurst residents, for helping us create journals to be shared with survivors of sexual assault. Did you know HelpLine of Delaware and Morrow Counties, Inc. has five departments? In addition to Connections Volunteer Center, we have the 24-hour Hotline, Crisis Engagement Coordination, Prevention Education, and Sexual Assault and Victim Services (SAVS). Our SAVS program, which includes SARN (Sexual Assault Response Network) is the r**e crisis center for five counties, including Delaware, Morrow, Union, Crawford, and Wyandot. Our team of advocates meet with survivors 24/7 to provide support and resources. These journals will be a reminder to survivors that they are not alone and that HelpLine is here. Help. Hope. Healing.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and Older Americans Month! Intentional self-care is vital to mental wellness and includes taking care of ourselves mentally, physically, and emotionally.
