Are you age 55 or older and looking for a simple way to stay active, reduce pain, and improve your overall health? The Walk With Ease program can help!
Walk With Ease is a 6-week evidence-based walking program designed to help you make walking a safe, enjoyable, and regular part of your life. This program can help you:
✅ Improve confidence in your ability to be active
✅ Improve balance, strength, and flexibility
✅ Reduce pain and improve overall health
✅ Enjoy support and encouragement in a friendly group
Walk With Ease is perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re just getting started or already enjoy walking regularly.
📅 Starts July 27th and runs through September 4th.
📅 3 days a week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday
