This evening's PTO meeting will be at 5:00 instead of 6:00 due to Kindergarten night. Childcare will be provided by our NHS volunteers. We will be discussing Spring Fling, Staff Appreciation Week, as well as a number of other agenda items. We hope to see you there! PENNY WARS starts on Monday! A chance for all students to work with their classmates to compete against the other grades for a grade prize, and goal prizes! Bring in a bit of change January 29th - February 9th to have some fun competition.

The PTO is finalizing plans for Staff Appreciation Week (next week) and could really use some gift cards to help offset the costs for meals we have planned. Anyone who would like to donate a Kroger or Gordon Food Service gift card please send a direct message to Tiffani at [email protected]. If you are unable to take it to the school, we will arrange a time and place for pick-up. Thank you!

Thank you everyone who came to the 2023 Spring Fling! Despite the weather, we feel it was a great success and absolutely adored seeing all the happy faces, and hearing so much joyous laughter. Please make sure to thank your Woodward staff for their devotion to our kids, especially the brave nine that endured the cold water of the dunk tank to allow their students to have that unforgettable memory. Also, thank YOU for all the fundraising that allowed this event night to happen. If you have any pictures to share, please do so in the comments below and use the hashtag on your social media.

Teacher Appreciation Week is May 8-12 and we are planning to show our teachers extra love each day. Tuesday, we are providing snacks; drinks; and school supplies, and would love some donations! 🌸🌸SPRING FLING - SAVE THE DATE! 🌸🌸

Your PTO is planning a FREE family Spring Fling!

When - Friday, April 21 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

A packed night of food and fun for the whole family. A few things in the works include bounce house, dunk tank (with some of our beloved Woodward staff braving the water), carnival games, touch a truck with Delaware Police and Fire, raffle baskets, free family photo opportunity, and Bingo! Can’t wait to see you there! Rain date - April 28.

Would you be interested in helping with Field day or plant pick up??

Please consider helping with the plant pick up Friday May 5 or Field Day Friday May 12 (With a rain date of May 19) K-2 will have Field Day in the morning, 3-5 will have field day in the afternoon, feel free to sign up for when your child has Field Day or the entire day!
