Last night members of our Ambulance Board invited all our EMT’s, EMR’s and their families to attend an appreciation dinner at Trio’s pizza. The board president presented each member with gift cards from businesses in Delavan as a sign of appreciation for everything we do. We had a great selection of pizza and plenty of quarters to play video games next door. The cake and cookies were made by Icing on the Cookie who graciously donated the cookies for tonight’s event. The event was a smashing success and fun was had by all in attendance.

Today several members of Delavan Rescue taught the High School Baseball team some important skills along with hands on learning. The boys learned Basis First Aid, Stop the Bleed and Hands Only CPR with AED training. Thank you to the baseball coaches for reaching out and asking us to teach this. Thank you to Mrs. Eeten for loaning us some training equipment.
