It's HOCO time in DeLand and we are missing our C/O 94 family so we are throwing together a very informal, last minute MEET UP for the parade this Friday! Keep an eye out an event invite and more deets later tonight! There just might be some Dirty Thirty & 1994 swag making an appearance too!

Let's be honest, we are at the age where we are getting invites to join AARP, so we should probably start getting together more often than once every 5 years! Love you, mean it!

It's the first day of school for Volusia County and all the kiddie pics got me thinking...

Back in our day (aka the 1900's), the cut off birthday for starting school was the beginning of September. So we had classmates who were barely 5 through almost/newly turned 6 year olds when our adventure began.

Fast forward to today, we now have classmates who are holding on tight to the last year of our 40s and fabulously stepping into a new decade, the big 5-0!

Hope you all are rested and ready for the next year of 50th Birthday celebrations!

I'm heartbroken to learn that one of our classmates lost her son in a tragic incident in DeLand this week. Please keep Charmika Brown and her family in your prayers as they navigate through this difficult time.

John Ruehl had an unfortunate fall while checking on his church after Helene and is recovering from his injuries. There is a meal train set up to help his family out if you would like to show some love and support for his family.

Blue Springs Brewery (who donated the keg for our Dirty Thirty reunion) suffered serious damage from Milton and will be closed for quite some time as they figure out what's next for their team. Please show Lisa Bates Nowlin and the Blue Springs Brewery team some love as well!
