Strong communities are built through collaboration, understanding, and a commitment to expanding opportunity for all.

This morning, we had the next edition of Trailblazer Turbo Talk, moderated by Chamber Board Member Earl Mallory!

This month, we had the opportunity to hear from Jeanette Rodriguez, CEO and Founder of Vision & Heels, a coworking space in the heart of Downtown DeLand that fosters authenticity, diversity, and inclusion in a women-first environment.

Jeanette shared her journey of launching her career on Wall Street in a traditionally male-dominated industry and the lessons she learned along the way. She spoke about taking the leap to create Vision & Heels with a mission to uplift and support female entrepreneurs and business professionals.

Her passion for building connections was evident as she discussed the legacy she hopes to leave behind—a supportive, inclusive business community where entrepreneurs can learn from one another, grow together, and thrive together.

What an incredible evening at the Chamber Alliance Mega Mixer!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University for this regional networking event. It was fantastic to see business professionals, community leaders, Chamber members, and guests from across Volusia County come together to connect, collaborate, and build new relationships.
