The safety of our students, families, and staff remains our highest priority. We appreciate your understanding as we make this difficult decision based on current weather conditions.

Tomorrow’s schedule currently remains unchanged with the event beginning at 9am in the Del Rio Freshman Gym.

Yesterday we lost an amazing man, Mike Ramirez. A man who was a husband, father, brother, son, friend to many, and a beacon of light for countless students.

Walking into the high school, the first words I would usually hear were, “Hey Pa!” Those halls in our high school will never be the same, but not because he’s gone, but because the impact he had on everyone’s life. Many only hope to accomplish what you you did in such a short time.

It’s been amazing reading all the stories reflecting on his commitment to our youth.

Rest easy, Mike. We got it from here.
