International Vandalism Suspect Identified and In Custody
Del Rey Oaks, California, April 29th, 2026 – The Del Rey Oaks Police Department has identified the suspect connected with a vandalism incident at Wells Fargo located at 447 Canyon Del Rey Boulevard. On November 3rd, 2025, the suspect spray painted and caused extensive damage to the bank’s exterior walls and doors, which included defacement of the property with graffiti.
The suspect, Nathan LIMESAND (26 years old), is believed to have acted alone during the incident. LIMESAND is also connected to multiple incidents in Marina and throughout San Francisco. Through extensive investigation, the Del Rey Oaks Police Department gathered substantial evidence, including surveillance footage that captured the LIMESAND in the act. The case has been submitted to the Monterey County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.
Through a coordinated effort involving federal and local law enforcement agencies, LIMESAND was identified as the suspect. The Del Rey Oaks Police Department would like to thank the FBI – San Francisco Office and Wells Fargo Security with assisting in identifying the suspect. LIMESAND is currently in custody in Bulgaria, as the District Court of Pardubice issued a European Arrest Warrant. LIMESAND faces international charges of terrorism and arson.
