The Illinois Emergency Contact Database allows you to securely add up to two emergency contacts and basic medical information, such as disabilities, chronic medical conditions, or special needs to your driver's license or state ID. If you're involved in a traffic crash or medical emergency and are unable to communicate, law enforcement can access this information to notify your loved ones and assist emergency responders. The Northern Illinois University Police Department would like to make the campus community aware of a temporary road closure related to an upcoming event.

On Newman Lane between Garden and the East entrance to Lot 5.

If you will be traveling through the area during this time, please plan ahead, allow extra travel time, and use an alternate route when possible.
