This event is open to Senior residents of DeKalb Township and surrounding communities. Light refreshments will be served, so mark your calendar and plan to attend.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Our next community tree planting IS scheduled for Sept. 18 at the J.F. Glidden Homestead. We will be planting a variety of native trees--contributing to the Township's tree canopy while maintaining the historical integrity of this local historic site.

Join gerontologist, LaVon Lenaway as she shares information about the disease, it's realities, as well as guidance related to advocacy, coping, grief, and planning. Also, hear about respid care--an essential service that provides support to those caring for a loved one with dementia.
