The Illinois Housing Development Authority is offering Strong Communities Program grants of up to $750,000 to local governments for revitalizing vacant residential properties. Illinois municipalities, counties, land banks, and regional planning commissions must submit their applications by June 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
