DFD has lost our past Chief of 24 years. We will share more information as we receive it. John has left a legacy as a humble public servant we will not forget.

Taylor served as mayor since 2023, spent time as a City Council member and worked for the Deerwood Fire Department for more than 40 years.

Wednesday, February 18 at 6 PM. The Deerstand will be hosting a His and Hers Raffle tickets are $5 each —-six rounds —prizes are one 👜 and one 🛠️ per round. Raffle sponsored by the Deerwood Fire relief association.

Our benefit for {retired} Firefighter Forty is in a few short days!

Your CFD crew is busy wrapping up final details and making last minute preparations for you to come support Justin. Our silent auction team is still collecting items so it’s not too late to get those to them. For silent auction questions, contact Dave at 218.240.1326.
