The Claim Of Lien shown below means Hudak stopped paying his condo association dues at least two full years before the condo association foreclosed on him and took the property away. If you believe him that he had the property empty during these 2 years then why didn't Hudak do the honorable thing and quit claim the property back to the condo association? No, Hudak kept the property AWAY from the condo association and made them suffer for an extra 2 years. Is this the person you want watching over a $180 million dollar city budget and making spending decisions on our $42 million dollar bond proceeds?

I am not impressed with the response by our city. To me they are way behind and certainly should have had basic garbage services back in place by today!

Cleanup essentially not started.

And they stopped bulk pickup when we need it most. It is very important for a city to get things back to normal as quickly as possible for the well being of all residents.

We have had great response from BSO and our great county fire department and hats off to all those hard working guys and gals

And FPL and all their out of town help is working great!

To all of my Great Friends and those who supported me.

I am sorry if I let you down. I worked hard, but I guess I could have worked harder.

This journey was a life experience. I met friends, and I met enemies. For those who became friends, I love you and will always have you by my side.

I thank all of you who sacrificed and worked so hard for me. I truly appreciate what you did for me.

I am sorry for my city but I will always be here to support those who I have loved during this fight to regain respect and admiration for all who live here. I will not let this affect my tenacity and desire for a better future for my friends, children and grandchildren.

I am proud that I ran a straight and honest campaign and never once took a negative path. If that was a mistake, I accept the consequences and will never change who I am for anything.

I look forward to the next journey and will cherish all the great people who became my friends thru this experience and I love you all.

Thank you my friends and loved ones for accompanying me thru this experience. I have grown from this and come out of this a better man!

Gloria, congratulations on your win against Ben Preston. It shows truth and honesty will always overcome evil.

To Joe Miller, learn from this lesson my friend and opponent. I hope selling out to those who guided you down a negative campaign was worth it.

Here we go, the day we have been waiting for!
Hopefully our city is about to adjust our sails and change course for new and better things for our future.
I am humbled to have this opportunity and to be supported by so many old friends and new ones.
