Wings, Waves & Woods provides islanders and visitors the opportunity to pick and choose from numerous birding and art activities, or simple take time to explore.

Join SPL and Captain Garrett Aldrich on Saturday, May 16 aboard the Isle au Haut mailboat Otter for a fun, family hour long cruise around Stonington Harbor accompanied by a picture book read-aloud by Captain Aldrich.

This event is part of Island Heritage Trust's Wings, Waves & Woods festival and is free to participate. To register, please email the library at [email protected] and include your phone number, names of passengers, and ages of children.

The boat departs at 11:00, so please arrive early and dress appropriately for the weather. We look forward to seeing you!
