🚨 Important Update on BOI Reporting 🚨
***BUSINESS OWNERS***

BOI Reporting has been blocked temporarily as of December 3, 2024, until further notice.

The January 1, 2025, BOIR deadline is no longer in effect as of now.

If you didn't catch my video on BOI reporting, in summary if you own a business entity ie: LLC, C-Corp, etc you would be required to file a Beneficial Ownership Information Report. If you didn't you would've been subject to fines of $591 per day up to $10,000 and potential jail time.

I hear these discussions alot! If you and child's mom/dad split EQUAL time with your kids, and both want the claim the kids for tax purposes... Just know whoever makes the most money (highest AGI) has the LEGAL right to claim the kids... It's not about who claims them first 😎😎
