As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we want to remind everyone that mental health matters every single day — not just in May. 🌿

This month we focused on:
✨ Breaking the stigma
✨ Encouraging honest conversations
✨ Supporting one another
✨ Promoting self-care and healthy coping skills
✨ Reminding youth and families that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness 💪

To every student, parent, teacher, volunteer, and friend who checked in on someone, shared encouragement, or opened up about their struggles — thank you. Small acts of kindness can make a huge difference. 💚

Remember:
🧠 It’s okay to not be okay.
📞 It’s okay to ask for help.
🌞 Healing takes time.
🤝 You are never alone.

As we move beyond May, let’s continue creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, heard, and supported. Mental health awareness doesn’t end here. 💚

Your mental health matters. Your feelings matter. And YOU matter. ✨

Life can feel overwhelming sometimes 😞📚🏈📱School stress, friendships, family pressure, anxiety about the future, social media, or just trying to keep everything together can become a lot. And that’s okay to admit. 💭💔

Being honest about your struggles is NOT weakness — it’s courage. 💪💚

Mental health is just as important as physical health 🩺✨Just like we take care of our bodies, we also need to care for our minds and hearts. 🧠❤️

That can look like:🌿 Taking a break🗣️ Talking to someone you trust😴 Getting enough rest🎶 Listening to music☀️ Going outside💞 Spending time with people who encourage you🤝 Asking for help when things feel too heavy
