Preorder pickup is TOMORROW at MTVFR Station 1!

📍 2278 Kirby Bridge Road, Decatur
⏰ Pickup starts at 10:30 AM and ends at 12:00 PM

We will also have a LIMITED number of extra Boston Butts and Ribs available for day-of sales, so if you missed preordering, be sure to get here early before we sell out!

If you are unable to pick up during the scheduled hours, please contact us so we can make arrangements.

This week, we proudly recognize and celebrate the dedicated EMS professionals who serve on the front lines of emergency medicine every single day.

Established in 1974 after authorization by President Gerald Ford, EMS Week honors the lifesaving work EMS personnel provide in communities across the nation. These professionals answer the call at all hours, providing compassionate care, critical medical treatment, and support during some of life’s most difficult moments.

At Mud Tavern Volunteer Fire & Rescue, we are proud to serve our community and provide mutual aid alongside our partners at Decatur Morgan EMS. Working together helps ensure our community receives the highest level of emergency care when it matters most.

To all of our EMTs, AEMTs, paramedics, first responders, and EMS volunteers — thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to serving others. Your compassion and willingness to answer the call make a difference every single day.

Investigators are looking for a runaway juvenile. Joshua Nathaniel Powers, 17 was last seen near Sharpley Rd in the Danville area. He was wearing a white t-shirt with red and black lettering, and dark sweatpants.
